The groups received 18 hours of class-based tuition per week, with one class for each age group. The course was designed to integrate with the curriculum of their Russian school and included:

• Language and skills development
• Subject tuition in Maths, Science and Geography

Full afternoon and evening activity programme including sports and arts.

Two full and two half-day excursions in two weeks to cities including London, Cambridge and Canterbury. These excursions included:

• Preparation for study tours in class prior to the trip
• Completion of worksheets and activities during study tours

The students' stay at Bell Bedgebury included:

• All meals
• Shared accommodation in 3-10 bed rooms
• Free accommodation and meals for two group leaders
• Free weekly laundry service
• Free transfers from London Gatwick and transport to study tour locations

Each of the four groups received 21 hours of class-based tuition per week.

The first two groups focused on English FCE exam preparation and Geography, which included a practical field trip.

The other two groups received tuition and carried out practical laboratory work in Maths, Biology and Physics.

Each group enjoyed 2-3 afternoons per week of sports and activities, plus a programme of evening events including a Welcome Evening, English Country Fayre, Quiz Night, Fashion Show, Disco and Film Night.

There was also one full and one half-day excursion per week to Leeds Castle in Kent and to London for a river cruise, sightseeing and shopping.
