Develop your English language skills at Bell Teacher Campus in the grounds of Homerton College which is part of the University of Cambridge.

This exciting new development of teacher training on one Campus will allow for professional exchange and networking opportunities. Share your learning experience with other like-minded teachers.

Homerton College lies just on the edge of the City of Cambridge. It is set in 15 acres of magnificent secluded grounds, making it an extremely attractive and peaceful place to study, yet it is just a stone’s throw away from the centre of Cambridge with its summer programme of artistic and cultural activities. There are a variety of sporting activities such as tennis, squash and croquet available to you during your stay.

Accommodation

You will be accommodated in single en-suite rooms at Homerton College. The package includes daily breakfast and weekday evening meals (Monday – Friday). There is a ‘buttery’* where reasonably-priced snacks, sandwiches, teas and coffees can be bought at lunchtime.

Wi-Fi is available in bedrooms with a pay-as-you-go card.

There is a laundrette on-site with coin-operated washing and drying machines.

All accommodation is on a single room basis. Unfortunately, the college is unable to offer any shared accommodation.

*Buttery: a room in colleges, esp. at Oxford and Cambridge universities, from which articles of food and drink are sold or dispensed to the students.

Getting there

Airports
London Stansted or London Luton airports are both an hour away from Cambridge by bus. There is also a frequent train service from Stansted.

By Train
Travel to Cambridge Railway Station. Journey time to London King’s Cross is 50 minutes. Homerton is a 5 minute taxi ride or bus ride from the railway station. For further information on train timetables visit www.nationalrail.co.uk.
