Group courses for young learners
Why choose a Bell group course?
Designed to meet your needs
Courses are designed to complement the class work students are currently doing in their own country. The content is planned together with the Group Leader and includes topics that are linked to the school curriculum. For example, Science (water, genetics, the impact of humans on the environment) or History (the Victorians, a history of London). This allows students to consolidate and extend work being covered in their syllabus, in accordance with the principles of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL).
Integrated study programme
Bell provides an integrated study programme which includes tuition, study tours and a fantastic range of social activities. Students experience using English in an English-speaking environment, bringing the language to life. They work on interesting content through the medium of English, and study tours allow them to discover British culture. A range of fun activities, such as arts & crafts, quiz nights, and discos, is provided in the afternoons and evenings.
Exceptional student care and outstanding facilities
On a residential programme programme, students live and learn at Bell Bedgebury International School. Situated in the Kent countryside, the school is close to London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airports and Ebbsfleet Eurostar. The school provides a safe and secure environment and there is at least one member of staff for every six students.
Students benefit from exceptional study facilities including a library with views of the formal English gardens, a study centre with books, DVDs and study aids and multi-media centre with a numbers of PCs with free internet access. Also, many classrooms have interactive whiteboards. Outside class students enjoy a range of sports and craft activities, from abseiling and kayaking to painting and pottery.
