1. Make new friends

Last year we welcomed over 70 different nationalities across our courses, which gives students an opportunity to make friends from all over the world. On each summer course we have maximum numbers for each nationality. This ensures that your child meets friends from other countries around the globe and uses their English skills at all times.

6. Supervised study tours

Study tours give students the opportunity to visit places of historical and cultural interest. They are an integral part of the course, which means students prepare for their visit in class prior to their trip and then use research from the study tour in their project work. Students are supervised throughout the study tour.

2. Exceptional student care

We provide comprehensive supervision from the moment we collect your child at the airport until they go home. On-site, there is at least one member of Bell staff for every six children and all staff have been police checked. Our schools are safe and secure.

7. Records of achievement

Throughout the course, students record their achievements and experiences in a Bell Language portfolio, which they can show friends and family. The portfolio uses the Common European Framework Scale and is compatible with the European Language Portfolio. After the course, your child will receive a full report on their achievements.

4. Individual attention

The maximum class size is 14. Each class has a designated teacher, who is responsible for your child's language and learning progress and ensures they receive individual attention.

5. Outstanding service and facilities

Once you have booked your course, you and your child will have access to our student ezone, which will help you prepare for all aspects of your child’s course. It includes travel information, answers to frequently asked questions and online activities.

We provide excellent educational and recreational facilities at the most prestigious schools in the UK. All centres have free internet access.
